MARKET STUDY: Verification of demand in the national market- Acceptance, tuning and sensitivity on the part of the client- Direct and indirect competition- Commercial feasibility.
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS: Carried out with the appropriate entities which verify the veracity of the characteristics and effectiveness of the products.
AUTHORIZATIONS AND RECORDS: Obtaining records from the health authorities and / or obtaining authorizations from the corresponding control entities
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION: Once the previous stages have been overcome, Elehen, together with the supplier, prepares a MKTG plan in order to ensure an attractive business for both.
COMMERCIALIZATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCTS:Stock management and sales management-Planning with the supplier of the ways to publicize the products-Supervision and stock assurance-Maintaining the validity of the products.
